Refund Policy – Cadeau Carpentry
At Cadeau Carpentry, each piece is handcrafted with the utmost care, using high-quality solid woods and precision craftsmanship. Because our products are custom or made-to-order, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns:
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture, all custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes orders that are built to size, wood species, finish, or other design specifications requested by the client.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
After 48 hours, materials are procured and work begins, and we cannot offer a full refund.
In some cases, a partial refund minus material and labor costs may be granted at our discretion.
Defects or Damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will request photos and a description of the issue to assess next steps.
If the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Returns
We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order furniture. For ready-to-ship or semi-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A 20 % restocking fee and return shipping may apply.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will assist you in resolving any claims if your item is lost or damaged during transit.

Return/Exchange Request
If you received an item that arrived damaged or has a defect, please complete the form below within 5 business days of delivery. While custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, we’re happy to assist with repairs, replacements, or exchanges where appropriate. Our team will review your submission and respond promptly with next steps.
